To support its growth, Onet is hiring a Payroll and HR Administration Assistant (M/F).
Based at the corporate headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Compensation, Payroll, and Human Resources Administration Department, your main responsibilities are as follows:
You hold at least a two-year post-secondary degree in human resources, business and social administration, or a related field, and have at least two years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
You are organized and detail-oriented, enjoy administrative tasks, and are looking to develop your skills over the long term within a rapidly growing, international group.
Known for your interpersonal skills and communication abilities, you enjoy working as part of a team and know how to collaborate effectively with a variety of people.
You are proficient in office software, particularly Excel.
