Job Opening: QSE Assistant (Work-Study Program) (M/F) Work-Study Program, Marseille

As part of the Group’s CSR Department and reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you will actively contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the occupational health and safety policy by supporting operational units and helping to oversee the Group’s key tools and projects.

In this role, your responsibilities will include the following:

Lead development projects for the various modules of the ACCILINE software (regulatory monitoring and compliance, risk management, security clearances and training, performance metrics, etc.).
Support the nationwide rollout of new tools.
Support all entities in their efforts to obtain occupational health and safety certifications and comply with relevant standards (ISO 45001, MASE, etc.).
Conduct audits and raise awareness among entities regarding emerging risks associated with new markets and changes in business operations.
Contribute to discussions regarding the Group’s new health and safety policy, as well as to its drafting and implementation.
Contribute to specific prevention initiatives at headquarters (fire drills, single safety document, etc.).
Develop and implement national-level communication campaigns on health and safety prevention.

Your assets

You are pursuing a master’s degree in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) or an equivalent program, and you are looking to contribute and develop your skills within a rapidly growing, globally active company.

You are comfortable using computer software, particularly for reporting and communication tasks.

Known for your interpersonal skills, you demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Finally, you demonstrate attention to detail, independence, and curiosity. Previous experience with internships or work-study programs would be a plus.
