Job offer QSE Assistant Internship Haute Garonne (31)

Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.

Reporting to the Q3SER and DMS Manager, your main tasks will be :

o Develop a safety culture within the Group

Participate in raising awareness and training employees in good safety practices

Contribute to internal communication on occupational risks and prevention

Help organize preventive actions and safety campaigns

Conduct behavioral safety inspections and QSE inspections

Update DUERs as needed

Declare and monitor work-related accidents, commuting accidents and occupational illnesses

o Participate in continuous improvement

Collect, analyze and track Q3SE indicators

Suggest corrective and preventive actions to optimize internal processes

Participate in internal and external audits and identify areas for improvement.

Monitor and update CAP actions

Prepare and participate in customer meetings and follow up on identified actions

o Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS)

Assist in drafting, updating and distributing quality procedures and documents

Participate in the preparation and follow-up of quality audits (internal and external)

Ensure compliance with QMS-related standards and regulations

o Ensure that site resources are matched to skills and health status

Monitor and complete mandatory training files for sites

Follow up and carry out requests for medical check-ups - liaise with occupational physicians if there are proposals to be implemented

Drawing up driving licenses / electrical clearances / access logs

Your assets

Training: 5 years' higher education in quality, safety, environment, risk management

Technical skills: Proficiency in Pack Office

Qualities: Excellent communication, rigor and organization, reliability, discretion, confidentiality, responsiveness, management of priorities, proactivity.
