About the Q.S.E. Assistant position:
Due to the versatility of the position, you will have a range of diverse tasks, particularly focused on quality and safety.
Your working hours will be from 8:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.
Reporting to the site manager, your main tasks will be:
Develop a culture of safety within the group:
Help raise awareness and train employees on good safety practices
Contribute to internal communication on occupational risks and prevention
Help organize prevention initiatives and lead safety campaigns
Ensure improvements in working conditions and team safety
Contribute to and apply the company's CSR rules
Participate in continuous improvement:
Collect, analyze, and monitor quality and safety indicators
Propose corrective and preventive actions to optimize internal processes
Participate in internal audits and identify areas for improvement
Lead and monitor the action plan for your scope
Train and support teams in implementing methods
Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS):
Ensures and carries out various regulatory and mandatory monitoring (DUER, safety briefings, etc.)
Participates in the preparation and monitoring of quality audits (internal and external)
Ensures compliance with QMS standards and regulations
Leads safety initiatives and analyzes near misses and accidents
Consolidates various QSE indicators
You have a bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience, or a master's degree with no experience.
A driver's license and personal vehicle are required to travel to the site.
