Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.

Working as part of the H REINIER MARSEILLE branch, and under the supervision and guidance of the QSE Manager, our mission will be to train you as a QSE Assistant F/H.

In this position, your main tasks will be :

- Participate in monitoring indicators (rate of completion of TA return interviews, monitoring of claim closures, etc.),

- Create support materials (news flashes, procedures, operating workbooks, work instructions, etc.),

- Prepare materials and manage the organization of Prevention Month,

- Prepare and take part in QSE meetings (workshops, content, etc.),

- Prepare and lead workshops,

- Work on updating procedures,

- Participate in the diagnosis of HSE assessments (organize the year's planning, monitor completion, analyze audits),

- Carry out HSE assessments,

- Reporting work-related accidents

- Carry out workstation studies and quality controls,

- Updating the DUERP,

- Follow-up on mandatory training.

Your assets

You are preparing a Bac +3 (Bachelor's degree) to Bac +5 (Master's degree) diploma under an apprenticeship or professionalization contract.

You are rigorous and organized, and can handle several tasks at once.

You have a strong taste for working in the field and as part of a team. You are convincing and diplomatic.

The job requires a good command of computers and office software (Pack Office).
