Job offer Regional QSE Assistant - Alternance F/H Alternance Hauts-de-Seine (92)

Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students to help them obtain their diploma while training them in our professions. Our mission will be to train you as a Regional QSE Coordinator F/H.

Reporting to the Regional QSE Manager, your role will be to :

QSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM :

- Together with the Regional Director and the QSER, lead the national and regional QSE policy within the region's establishments,

- Monitor regional QSE indicators,

- Assist branch QSE managers by providing regional QSE support,

- Manage and lead QSE projects and working groups with branch QSE managers,

- At the request of the RQSER, carry out occasional QSE system upgrades in the branch,

ANIMATION :

- Produce QSE information and awareness materials (flashes, posters, etc.),

- Master and respect the national and regional documentation system,

- Maintain and configure QSE tools and software (BBL, BQ, etc.),

- Carry out various QSE tasks and research as requested by the RQSER,

HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT :

- Report all identified accidents, near-accidents, dangerous situations and breaches of instructions,

- Alert the RQSER to any drifts or malfunctions observed at the various sites,

QUALITY AND CUSTOMER CARE :

- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys,

- Carry out site audits (QSE visits, behavioral visits, etc.),

- Carry out internal audits (HSE regulations, ISAGO, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MASE, NF service...) in branches,

Your assets

You are preparing a Bac +5 diploma in QSE.

You are rigorous and organized, and can handle several tasks at once.

You have a strong taste for working in the field and as part of a team. You are convincing and diplomatic.

The position requires a good command of computers and office software (Pack Office).
