You will actively contribute to the smooth running of the agency's quality system. Your tasks will include:
Training management:
Registration of employees for internal and external training courses
Preparation and sending of invitations
Monitoring of training courses completed and updating of the skills matrix
Monitoring of authorizations
Documentation and procedures:
Monitoring updates to customer procedures
Organizing and monitoring team awareness of procedures
Updating and archiving quality records
Operational quality:
Planning and performing quality control checks
Verifying quality control (QC) results
Receiving, analyzing, and processing non-conformities (NC) and deviations
Monitoring and updating quality indicators
Quality administrative support:
Logistical preparation of meetings (Quality, CSE, etc.)
Drafting of meeting minutes
You are rigorous, organized, and enjoy working in a team. A two- or three-year degree in quality management is required, and initial experience in a pharmaceutical environment would be a real asset.
