We are currently recruiting an HR Administrative Assistant for our Lyon offices.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage HR development within a multi-site environment.
You contribute your expertise and advise them on issues relating to your business. You develop a partnership with the Branch Manager, operational and cross-functional teams, and provide them with support.
RECRUITMENT
Identify and define the company's recruitment needs
Publish job offers and define the most suitable distribution channels
Sort the applications received and conduct telephone and in-person interviews
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
Follow-up disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts
Follow-up on cases of unfitness
Follow-up on medical examinations
COLLECTIVE RELATIONS
Prepare agendas and invitations to CSE meetings
Prepare meetings in collaboration with the Branch Manager
Monitor employee representatives' hours of delegation.
TRAINING
Coordinate and monitor the facility's training budget
Raise awareness and communicate on existing training programs
Manage the skills development plan
Manage and monitor the administrative side of training files
Follow-up on Loi Avenir training programs
DISABILITY & INTEGRATION
Raise awareness and implement communication initiatives within the agency
Work closely with the region's relevant specifiers
With a degree in Human Resources, you must have a first successful experience in a similar position of about 2 years (from a work-study program, temporary work, fixed-term contract or permanent contract).
You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself, work independently and as part of a team. You make proposals and are capable of taking initiatives and making decisions in relation to your superiors.
Driving licence and vehicle essential (travel to agencies in the Rhône Alpes region)
