Offer description

Your mission

We are recruiting for our Regional Division in Metz: 

 Administrative and Payroll Assistant (Work-Study Program) M/F

Reporting to the Regional Office and working as part of the administrative team, you will be supported by the Regional HR Manager—your mentor—as you learn and carry out tasks related to personnel administration and payroll for cleaning staff in the Eastern region.


Occasional visits to the various offices may be necessary to gain a better understanding of the operational environment.


As part of your work-study program and with the support of your mentor:


You will assist with administrative HR tasks,
You will help with hiring procedures (declarations, employment contracts, health insurance, etc.),
You will track employee-related records (absences, sick leave, medical visits, vacation time, etc.),
You will assist with disciplinary proceedings and contract terminations,
You will help ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory obligations (employee records, reporting, etc.),


Key payroll responsibilities:


You will assist with the collection, entry, and verification of variable payroll data (absences, time records, overtime, etc.),
You will help prepare pay stubs,
You will assist with payroll audits and month-end closing procedures,
You will provide initial support in answering employees’ payroll-related questions,
You will provide administrative support to operational teams.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your assets

You are pursuing a degree in HR, management, or payroll (2–5 years of post-secondary education) and would like to develop your skills in human resources administration and payroll.

You are thorough, organized, and have strong interpersonal skills, and you have a keen interest in payroll and labor regulations.

You will join a dynamic and dedicated team working in a friendly yet professional environment that fully supports your learning and professional development.
