After a training period, you will independently manage your sector in liaison with the team:
- Advice and commercial exchanges with customers (pre-sales and post-sales),
- Machine rental quotes and contract set-up,
- Monitoring maintenance contracts and after-sales service,
- Warranty and claims management,
- Billing,
- Park monitoring.
Bac + 2 NRC preferred
You like to put yourself at the customer's service and offer a quality service,
You communicate easily, both orally and in writing,
You are organized, at ease with IT tools and have experience in customer care, whether in BtoB sales, long-term rental or after-sales service,
A good command of Outlook and Excel is essential.
