Join us, we're looking for 1 part-time Accounting Assistant for our head office in Vitrolles (13).
As part of a 4-strong accounting department, reporting to management control, your main responsibilities will include :
- Accounts payable (enter, punch, dun, allocate invoices electronically, monitor payments)
- Manage customer collections (checks, drafts and transfers), letter them and record them electronically.
20 hours a week
You have an accounting degree (Bac Pro) and at least 2 years' experience in an equivalent position.
You are comfortable with IT tools, e-mail management and Excel.
Knowledge of Peoplesoft software would be highly appreciated.
You also have excellent organizational skills and are able to remain calm in the face of high volumes. You are recognized for your rigor, adaptability and versatility.
