ONET Propreté is looking for a :
Sales representative F/H
Reporting to the Regional Development Manager, you will join the sales team and the regional design office. Dedicated to the agencies in your geographical area, you will be responsible for developing the sales of your portfolio with B to B customers. As such, your main missions are as follows:
- Working with the operational teams, you maintain and develop existing business relationships,
- You also create and manage an active file for identifying and tracking prospects,
- You establish contact with prospects: telephone canvassing, mailing campaigns, etc.
- You make physical appointments with prospects and customers to collect and analyze their needs, in particular through site visits,
- You draw up quotations and commercial offers, checking the feasibility of the project,
- You check the costing with the Branch Managers, according to deadlines and prices,
- You present, argue and negotiate commercial offers,
- You contribute to the preparation and execution of invitations to tender and to the costing for your scope, in collaboration with the agencies and the Sales Department (account managers),
- You present and represent the company and its activities,
- You conduct site visits and take part in the opening of new worksites,
- You pass on files and ensure handover to the site's operating teams,
- You draw up estimates for exceptional work,

You are familiar with sales and commercial negotiation techniques. You are familiar with sales indicators and managing calls for tender.

You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
You have excellent writing and oral skills, as well as a good command of IT tools (Pack Office, CRM, etc.).
