Attached to the Southwest Regional Division, you will actively contribute to the development of cleaning and multi-service activities within your area.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Define, build and update the sales action plan
Create and manage an active prospect file in the CRM tool
Hold physical meetings with prospects and present our activities to them
Understand and analyze the needs of prospects and customers
Draw up quotations and commercial offers, checking the feasibility of projects and presenting offers
Build the commercial response to calls for tender by identifying the customer's expectations and challenges, in order to propose a relevant and appropriate offer.
Participate in sales presentations, negotiate pricing and technical offers
Follow-up prospects on tender deadlines
Participate in site openings at the request of Branch Managers
Business intelligence
Report monthly on your actions to your line manager

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a sales role in the BtoB services sector. Ideally, you have already worked in the cleaning sector.

A real developer, you have strong negotiating skills, tenacity and a taste for results. With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt your discourse and arguments to a variety of contacts.

You are also recognized for your rigor, autonomy and organizational skills.

A good knowledge of the regional economic fabric would be appreciated.
