Job Opening: Sales Manager (M/F), Permanent Position, Haute-Garonne (31)

As part of the Occitanie Regional Division, you will actively contribute to the development of waste management and multiservice operations within your area of responsibility.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Define, develop, and maintain the sales action plan
Create and maintain an active prospect database in the CRM tool
Schedule in-person meetings with prospective clients and present our services to them
Understanding and analyzing the needs of prospects and customers
Prepare estimates and sales proposals by verifying the feasibility of projects and present the proposals
Develop a commercial response to requests for proposals by identifying the client’s expectations and challenges, in order to provide a relevant and tailored proposal
Participate in sales presentations and negotiate pricing and technical proposals
Follow-up prospects on tender deadlines
Participate in site openings at the request of Branch Managers
Conduct market monitoring
Report monthly on your actions to your line manager

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a sales role in the BtoB services sector. Ideally, you have already worked in the cleaning sector.

A real developer, you have strong negotiating skills, tenacity and a taste for results. With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt your discourse and arguments to a variety of contacts.

You are also recognized for your rigor, autonomy and organizational skills.

A good knowledge of the regional economic fabric would be appreciated.
