Job offer Sales executive (private security) F/H CDI Val de Marne (94)

Reporting to the Area Manager and based in Maisons-Alfort (94), you will actively contribute to the growth of private security and hospitality activities in the Paris region.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Define, build and update the region's sales action plan
Create and use an active prospect file in a CRM tool
Make physical appointments with prospects and present our activities to them
Understand and analyze the prospect's needs
Draw up quotations and commercial offers, checking the feasibility of projects and presenting offers to prospective customers
Build the commercial response to calls for tender, by identifying the customer's expectations and challenges, in order to propose a relevant and adapted offer.
Participate in sales presentations and any adjustments to the offer
Follow-up prospects on tender deadlines
Participate in site openings at the request of Agency Managers
Keeping an eye on the market
Report monthly on your actions to your line manager

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a sales role, acquired in the BtoB services sector. Ideally, you have already worked in the private security sector.

A real developer, you have strong negotiating skills, tenacity and a taste for results. With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt your discourse and arguments to a variety of contacts.

You are also recognized for your rigor, autonomy and organizational skills.

A good knowledge of the regional economic fabric would be appreciated.
