We are looking for a Payroll/Administrative Assistant to join the Onet Services office in Rennes as a maternity leave replacement.
As part of the administrative department and working closely with the operations teams, your responsibilities will include the following:

Do you have a background in SME/SMI management or payroll administration?
Do you have proven experience in payroll management?
Are you familiar with payroll software? (Knowledge of HR Access is a plus)
Are you proficient with computer tools?
Are you known for your dedication and commitment?
Can you prioritize your tasks, are you methodical, and do you meet deadlines (payroll closings)?
Can you demonstrate discretion and maintain confidentiality?
Are you a people person who can organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team?
Are you curious and able to take initiative?
