As part of our development strategy and the expansion of our activities in the field of dismantling, we are recruiting a Project Manager/Business Manager (F/H) to work on CEA sites in the Paris region (Fontenay-aux-Roses, Bruyère-le-Châtel and Saclay).
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of dismantling projects, taking into account technical, contractual and financial issues. You will be responsible for coordinating all project-related activities, while respecting deadlines and cost constraints.
Your responsibilities include :
- Technical monitoring and coordination: Ensure rigorous monitoring at each phase of the contract and coordinate the resources assigned to the performance of services.
- Managing human and material resources: Identify, allocate and manage the material and human resources needed to carry out projects.
- Drafting of contractual documents: preparation of technical purchasing specifications, supplier/customer orders and management of associated invoicing.
- Controlling costs and deadlines: Efficient management of budgets and schedules to ensure deadlines and costs are met.
- Customer consulting: Analyze customer requirements during calls for tender and throughout contract execution, and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Drawing up offers and quotations: Draw up commercial offers and quotations, taking into account technical, financial and contractual aspects.
- Optimizing technical solutions: Propose optimized technical solutions and responses, drawing on your expertise and experience.
- Monitoring contractual compliance: Ensuring compliance with the contractual and technical scope, and negotiating with the customer in the event of deviations or modifications.
- Interface with stakeholders: Interface with customers, partners and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting: Report regularly, both technically and financially, to your line manager.
- Compliance with standards and benchmarks: Ensure compliance with procedures and standards in force, and monitor their observance throughout projects.
