Monitor and communicate regulations
Follow up on administrative authorizations related to business activities
Support agencies in using the DRACAR platform
Monitor subcontracting processes, in collaboration with the purchasing department
Liaise with the relevant authorities (Préfecture, GES, CNAPS, DGAC, etc.) when necessary: regulatory issues, file support, etc.
Monitoring CNAPS controls

SUPPORT

Assist and advise operations in translating regulatory requirements into our services
Support sales forces in the regulatory review of hospitality and security offers
Participate in internal audits in collaboration with the QSE department (agency regulatory audits and NF Service audits - approx. 10/year)

AUTHORIZATION MANAGEMENT

Act as COSSEN's day-to-day contact for management of accreditation files
Assisting Account Managers in preparing tender documents for classified contracts
Collect employees' administrative and personal information, check the integrity and completeness of the information, update it
Draw up safety certificates for authorized personnel
Security certificates encrypted and sent to customers
Monitor HPP files: check changes made to civil status, manage validity deadlines, anticipate renewals by interfacing with the employee and his/her local management.
Processing requests for basic checks on the markets concerned
Be the point of entry for any particular situation of a confidential nature, which may pose a risk to the company, its employees and its managers.

Your assets

With at least a 4-year higher education diploma in security/safety or quality, you would like to invest and develop your skills within an international group in constant development.

You are rigorous, adaptable, pragmatic and curious. You're a team player with a proven aptitude for analysis and good interpersonal skills.

You have excellent writing skills and a good command of office automation tools.

A first experience in the world of security/safety would be a plus.
