Job offer Work-study skills development officer F/H Alternance Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

As part of the Engineering, Dismantling and Waste Services Department and reporting to the department manager, you will be involved in the following areas:

- The development of training courses on the department's business campus (training for new operators, specialized training in operations, ventilation);

- Development and deployment of the SIGECO skills management software

- Monitoring HR training policy

- HR administrative follow-up

Your assets

You are preparing a bac+3 or bac+5 diploma in Human Resources (l'IFC d'Avignon, Formasup Isère Drôme Ardèche, ...)

You are organized and rigorous. A good command of Pack Office is required.
