Job offer HR Development Officer (work-study) F/H Work-study Bouches du Rhône (13)

Reporting to the Onet Group's Development and Careers Department, you will assist the existing team in all its missions: development and harmonization of the Group's job and skills repository; management of projects dedicated to building career paths; support for the network in the use of HRIS tools; production and management of key HR indicators.

In this role, you will be involved in a main assignment and a range of related assignments on a variety of topics:

Main mission: ONET Group job repository

You will contribute to updating and developing the Group's job repository (ongoing assignment during the work-study period):

Job and skills reference frameworks: you co-lead workshops aimed at defining, harmonizing and developing reference frameworks.
Objective: define future career paths for employees

Document management: updating of end-user documentation (GEPP information KITs / process / creation of job descriptions)

Additional tasks :

Review and update of the entire catalog of GEPP documents available to Group employees (intranet portal).
Modernization and evolution of documentation
Creation of communication kits dedicated to the activities of the Development & Careers Department
Input and contribution to all projects carried out by the Development & Careers Department

Your assets

You are preparing a Master's degree in Human Resources (bac+4/+5 from a business school and/or university equivalent), and would like to specialize in HR development.

Autonomous and a self-starter, you have a real feel for HR issues.

You have good writing skills and are comfortable using tools (Pack Office) and HRIS software.
