Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.
Within the Human Resources Department, you will join the Mobility & Recruitment team, which consists of four people.
We support Onet Logistique et Production nationwide in managing its human resources challenges.
Our mission: to support projects and operations through our recruitment, internal mobility, and talent management initiatives, while fostering a high-quality experience for both candidates and employees.
You will be fully integrated into the department’s activities and will be involved in:
1. Recruitment
Drafting and posting job openings
Sourcing and pre-screening candidates
Scheduling and managing interviews
Tracking recruitment metrics
2. Onboarding & Employee Development
Helping to implement the integration pathways
Helping to improve the employee experience starting with onboarding
3. HR Development & Cross-Functional Projects
Participation in the implementation and optimization of HR processes
Contribution to the definition and rollout of standards (candidate and employee experience)
Support for HR development and talent management projects
4. HR Communication & Change Management
-Development of educational materials
-Drafting of internal communications
-Manager kits
-FAQs / support materials, for example
You are preparing a degree (Bac +4/5). A first internship experience would be a real asset to quickly grasp the missions entrusted to you.
With excellent communication skills, you know how to interact with a variety of people and adapt your speech to suit the situation.
You are autonomous, rigorous and proactive, with a real ability to prioritize your tasks.
At ease with digital tools, you are proficient in the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally have good creative skills on Canva, enabling you to produce clear, attractive and professional materials.
