Job offer Training Manager Onet University F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

Reporting to the Head of Onet University, you will contribute to the promotion and development of the skills of the Group's employees. You will participate in the management and follow-up of certification training courses. In this context, your main missions are as follows:

Analyze training needs:

Gather employee feedback following the annual appraisal campaign
Setting up and taking part in selection interviews
Consolidate the list of participants and distribute it to schools

Organizing and monitoring training courses:

Ensuring the planning and logistical organization of training courses in conjunction with partner schools
Solicit in-house trainers, organize their interventions and participate alongside them in designing the certification program
Welcome participants during sessions
Monitor session progress
Exchange with schools on the evolution of the course (feedback)
Evaluating training courses

Contribute to the smooth running of the department:

Supporting employees before and during the course
Follow-up with tutors
Managing performance indicators
Participate in various events (welcome and integration day, skills testing, juries, etc.).

Your assets

With higher education in human resources, you have successful experience in a similar position.

You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, your ability to listen and your discretion. In addition, your responsiveness, adaptability, sense of service and initiative, as well as your organizational skills, need no further demonstration.

You have a good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
