Job Opening: Project Manager – Business Unit – Internship (Open to All) in Val d'Oise (95)

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director, you will help manage and oversee operations within a strategic and high-profile scope.

As a key support to the Business Unit Director, you will work on cross-functional projects in close collaboration with teams across multiple sites, operational departments, and support functions, in a dynamic environment.

You will help structure, monitor, and optimize operations by supporting performance management and the implementation of operational initiatives.

👉 Your main tasks

- Assist the Business Unit Director in preparing reports and developing decision-making materials (analyses, summaries, presentations)

- Carry out case analyses in order to propose actions to be taken and monitor their implementation

- Help evaluate and monitor the performance of regional divisions, in collaboration with the relevant teams

- Help conduct performance analyses at the sites (identifying gaps, understanding the causes, proposing improvements)

- Help manage client relationships and issues related to strategic accounts, in collaboration with the dedicated teams

- Perform variance analyses on operating accounts and conduct deep dives into the causes of non-performance ("lost makers").

- Assist regional teams with ad hoc assignments to support operational management or specific projects

Depending on your profile and aptitude, you may be asked to take part in innovative projects, contribute to managerial initiatives or manage profit centers in collaboration with the business manager and our field teams.

👉 Profile required

Final-year engineering student or university equivalent (specializing in logistics, supply chain, industrial organization or production management).

Good mind and synthesis, taste for numbers and problem solving

Autonomy, rigor and ability to interact with a variety of people (operational, customers, management)

Good command of Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, etc.)

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
