Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for :
- Implement and monitor health, safety, security and environmental procedures
- Advise and assist site management
- Inform site management of the categories of materials and equipment subject to periodic inspection
- Listen to staff in order to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions, and report any information that may be useful for the continuous improvement of working conditions
- Participate in the analysis, reporting and follow-up of hazardous situations, incidents, near-misses and accidents, in accordance with defined procedures
- Contribute to the analysis of safety risks, malfunctions and identify avenues for improvement, and draw up and monitor prevention plans
- Propose action plans, plan and monitor them at site or multi-site meetings
- Monitor SSSE indicators and report on them to the QSSSE Department
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and make sure that Site Managers meet their safety-related regulatory obligations (authorizations, Single Document, Prevention Plan, PPE, training)
- Analyze regulatory watch and take account of impacts on the scope managed.
- Monitor and initiate periodic inspections of equipment
- Ensure that prevention plans, safety instructions, procedures and operating modes are known and respected by all, procedures and operating methods are known to all and complied with
- Carry out audits of personnel and services provided in QSSSE fields
- Ensure document management in accordance with procedures and process mapping in force
- Participate in the analysis of malfunctions and the search for avenues for improvement
- Propose and plan action plans
- Implement quality standards with customers
- Participate in upgrading the quality application
- Extract and process results from the quality application
- Manage the "Continuous Improvement" process and monitor related indicators
You are a self-starter, diplomatic and rigorous, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
With a Bac +3 in Hygiene, Cleanliness and Environment or Quality, you have significant experience (between 5 and 10 years) in an industrial and agri-food environment.
You are familiar with the principles of certification, quality-related standards and procedures, and have a good knowledge of IT tools (particularly Excel).
You are able to analyze and summarize, and adapt to your contacts.
You will be required to travel, from time to time, to our customers' sites throughout France.
