As part of the development of our QSE and CSR strategy, we are hiring
1 CSR Project Manager (M/F)
to oversee and implement our quality and environmental policy, and contribute to the development of our range of sustainable products.
A strategic role—both operational and cross-functional—at the heart of the company’s environmental challenges.
Your main responsibilities
1/ Adhere to the Quality and ISO 14001 policies in collaboration with the Marketing and CSR Manager and the Operations Department:
· Monitor the updating and compliance of processes with ISO 14001;
· Participate in continuous improvement projects at the site from a QSE and CSR perspective, as well as in efforts to ensure regulatory compliance (ICPE, Agec, etc.).
· Identify areas for improvement to help update QSE, CSR, and Sustainable Development policies
· Lead and/or contribute to continuous improvement projects and action plans, and participate in audits
· Update and manage QSE and CSR documentation.
· Reporting
2 / Work on our CSR product offerings and support our environmental initiatives:
· Develop and market the CSR offerings at
- Help evolve our CSR product line in collaboration with the purchasing department
· Identify innovative and sustainable solutions
· Structure and market the CSR customer offering
· Help develop and create marketing materials and sales support tools
· Monitor CSR trends
- Bachelor's degree in business and marketing, with a concentration in CSR

· Experience in monitoring compliance with ICPE Order 1510

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: €26,000 to €30,000 gross annually, depending on profile
