Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students to help them obtain their diploma while training them in our professions. Our mission is to train you as an HR Project Manager F/H

Reporting to the Human Resources department of the FM Division, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

HR ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT :

- Manage administrative follow-up and personnel files

- Monitor personnel movements within the company
- Prepare and support the department in building up cases for industrial tribunal hearings.
- Use HR monitoring and reporting tables.

- Participate in administrative procedures and processes relating to the employee's life: mobility, contractual transfers, departures, disciplinary procedures, reclassifications, etc.

- Participate in the implementation of actions to be undertaken (campaigns to inform employees of their entitlement to mandatory time off, professional interviews, etc.).

SOCIAL RELATIONS :

- Calling employee representatives to meetings of employee bodies

- Check delegation orders

Your assets

With an HR degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5), you have a first successful professional experience in a company on general HR missions (practical internship, work-study program, etc.).

You are recognized for your reliability, thoroughness, analytical skills and professional discretion.
