Job offer Safety Officer F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

Based at our head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Group Safety Director, your main missions will focus on two main areas:

Steering, design and coordination of safety and crisis management:

Monitoring, mapping and anticipating risks and vulnerabilities (including social, economic and military information)
Drawing up and monitoring group safety action plans and policies
Development and adaptation of safety KPIs
Safety audits and training
Taking into account and disseminating feedback on safety and crisis management
Planning safety-related exercises

Technical missions related to the safety of the group and national defense :

Computer entries in Thom'as database/Agency surveys
Preparation of bidding documents for classified contracts (verification, dispatch and follow-up of contractual security plans)
Monitoring liability commitments and individual declarations
Participation in coordinating the actions of safety/OS/DA referents: training, raising awareness, communicating group policies and procedures and reporting alerts
Management of computerized secure shared drives and updating of security document libraries

Your assets

You are aware of safety issues, including cybersecurity, have successful experience in a similar role and a good knowledge of risk management.

You will be required to deal with subjects classified as national defense, and will be given appropriate clearance.

You are recognized for your diplomacy, your rigor, your ability to listen and your respect for the strictest confidentiality. You also have proven organizational and anticipatory skills.

You are fluent in the usual office automation tools and in written and spoken English (a good grounding in Spanish would be a plus).
