Job Opening: QSE Project Manager – Work-Study Program (M/F) Work-Study Program in Isère (38)

Contribute to the objectives related to quality, occupational risk prevention, and the environment in accordance with the regulatory framework and the guidance provided by senior management
Contribute to occupational risk prevention efforts (Single Document, prevention of hazardous or accidental situations, prevention plan, etc.)
Oversee the development of the project specifications, including internal requirements (Security and Reception Business Unit, ONET Group) and external requirements (clients, employees, employee representative bodies), through to implementation
Lead the project by assembling, organizing, coordinating, and managing the project team in accordance with the project specifications (client requirements, budget, deadlines, etc.)
Provide operational QSE support to all of the entity’s branches and the headquarters
Help maintain ongoing monitoring of changes in applicable regulations and standards
Contribute to the development of QSE certifications (NF Service APSAD, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Ecovadis, and MASE)
Contribute to the improvement process (customer satisfaction surveys, analysis of malfunctions and high-risk situations)
Develop and lead internal QSE awareness campaigns, particularly those related to major risks and the reporting of hazardous situations

Your assets

You will be starting a QHSE-focused bachelor’s or master’s degree program this fall.

You have a basic understanding of QSE standards: ISO 9001, MASE, and possibly APSAD.

You are self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment, and able to travel to our offices throughout France.
