Your mission

Onet is hiring a Mobility Coordinator (M/F) at its headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) .

 

As part of the Group Mobility & Recruitment Department and reporting to the Group Internal Mobility Manager, you will help manage, monitor, and coordinate internal mobility to ensure its effectiveness, smooth operation, and acceptance by all stakeholders.

 

In this role, your responsibilities will include the following:

Internal mobility and employee career paths:

  • Ensure the proper implementation of the Group's internal mobility process
  • Track applications and follow up with managers and recruiters to ensure they are moving forward smoothly
  • Help HR teams monitor and manage ongoing reassignment cases
  • Suggest and verify the fit between candidate profiles and open positions (pre-matching)
  • Serve as the point of contact for mobility-related matters with the various business unit recruitment managers

 

KPI Monitoring and Analysis

  • Help manage and report on monthly mobility and reclassification KPIs
  • Monitor various indicators and provide strategic insights into them
  • Identify potential obstacles and trends and make recommendations

 

Communication and Promotion of Mobility

  • Develop and coordinate communication efforts regarding internal mobility at the group level (national and regional committees)
  • Identify and propose topics and communication materials (success stories, newsletters, events, highlights, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize the mobility website (creating and publishing content, monitoring performance, etc.)



Your assets

You are pursuing a degree requiring at least four years of post-secondary education at a business school, with a specialization in HR, HR management, or HR data/HRIS, and you are eager to contribute and develop your skills within a rapidly growing, internationally renowned group.

 

You demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills, enabling you to identify trends and formulate recommendations. You have a genuine passion for data analysis and are able to produce clear, concise, and actionable reports.

 

Curious and proactive, you don’t limit yourself to producing figures and materials; you enjoy understanding the issues at stake, questioning existing practices, and offering your perspective on the topics at hand.

 

With strong interpersonal skills, you are comfortable interacting with a wide range of people and know how to tailor your communication to different audiences. Your writing skills and verbal fluency enable you to convey and explain information clearly and effectively.

Your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality are essential qualities for success in this role.
