Job Opening: Radiation Protection Officer / PCR (M/F) – Permanent Position

Reporting to the site manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Ensure compliance with radiation protection regulations on site.
Ensure the preparation and radiological monitoring of procedures (risk assessments, zoning, inspections);
Lead prevention initiatives in collaboration with technical teams and site managers;
Conduct individual and collective dosimetry checks
Monitor radiation protection equipment (dosimeters, trackers, measuring devices) and ensure the traceability of radiological data;
Ensure that personnel receive training and are made aware of safety and radiation protection regulations;
Prepare monitoring reports and reports on radiological incidents;
Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with ASN requirements and the Labor Code;

Your assets

You must have a high school diploma or a two- to three-year degree in radiation protection, HSE, physical measurements, nuclear engineering, or a related field, and you must hold a valid Level 1 PCR (Radiation Protection Competence) certification.

Ideally, you have the necessary nuclear training to hold HN2, SCN2, CSQ, and RP2 certifications
Your experience gives you a comprehensive understanding of risk management and the preventive measures to be taken;
You are recognized for your interpersonal and writing skills, as well as your analytical abilities;
You are a team player and know how to effectively communicate messages to teams in an educational manner
You have a solid understanding of radiation protection principles and related regulations (Labor Code, Public Health Code).
