Within the recruitment team and reporting to the internal recruitment and mobility manager, your missions will consist of:
- Analyze recruitment needs and profiles
- Write and post advertisements on the various recruitment channels
- Search for potential candidates using established methods
- Represent the Group at recruitment-related events: forums
schools, job fairs...
- Select candidates who meet the defined criteria
Conduct documentary research on business sectors,
jobs and multiple sources of candidates
- Send a selection of applications to recruiters and
on a regular basis.
- Follow-up with customers when necessary
-Provide answers to candidates.
Carry out weekly reporting, update the
candidate database in ATS (software)
You are preparing for a bac+5 level diploma in HR (General Management or HR specialty.)
You have good interpersonal skills. You are adaptable and curious.
