Within the recruitment team and reporting to the internal recruitment and mobility manager, your missions will consist of:

-Analyze recruitment needs and the desired profile;

-Write and post job advertisements on various recruitment channels;

-Search for potential candidates using established methods;

-Represent the group at recruitment-related events: school forums, job fairs, etc.;

-Select candidates who meet the defined criteria;

-Conduct documentary research on sectors of activity, jobs, and multiple sources of candidates;

-Regularly send a selection of applications to recruiters and operational staff;

-Follow up with clients when necessary;

-Respond to candidates;

-Produce weekly reports, update the candidate database in the ATS (software).

Your assets

You are preparing for a bac+5 level diploma in HR (General Management or HR specialty.)

You have good interpersonal skills. You are adaptable and curious.
