Your mission

Onet is recruiting a Recruitment Officer F/H for its head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) as part of a work-study program.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will contribute to the success of the annual recruitment plan, working closely with managers.

As such, your main tasks are as follows:

Conduct briefings and draft job offers.
Develop a sourcing strategy for job boards, social networks, etc.
Prequalify and select a list of suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews and advise managers on decision-making.
Participate in various recruitment events (forums, job fairs, job dating, etc.)
Contribute to quantitative and qualitative reporting.
Handle unsolicited applications.
Participate in various HRD projects related to recruitment.

Your assets

With a 4/5-year degree in human resources, business school or equivalent, you ideally have some initial experience in recruitment.

You are recognized for your ability to listen, your sense of service and your ability to stand back.

You have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and a strong team spirit.

You are comfortable using various IT tools (Pack Office, HRIS tools, Canva, etc.).
