Management of cell phone fleet: choice of equipment, orders, monitoring of assignments and obsolescence.
Network & telephony support: deployment and maintenance of telephone and IT equipment.
User support: first level of management before escalation to IT department.
IT network management and improvement: installation of equipment (Wi-Fi terminals, switches, network boxes, etc.), office layout and monitoring of branch infrastructures.
Administration and supplier relations: technical validation of purchases, follow-up of invoices and material orders.

This is a multi-skilled position involving technical management, support and IT administration.
You will be interacting with different agencies across France.

Your assets

You have experience in telephony, network and IT asset management.

You have a good command of IT networks (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting).

You are familiar with telephone and IT equipment (PCs, tablets, Wi-Fi terminals, control screens, etc.).

You are able to communicate with the IT department, suppliers and internal users.

You are recognized for your :

autonomy & resourcefulness: you'll often be out in the field, interacting with different agencies.
Reactivity & adaptability: able to intervene quickly to solve a variety of technical problems.
Good interpersonal skills: you will be a key contact between the IT Department and the agencies.
Pedagogy: clearly explaining solutions to users.
