Management and monitoring of the rolling stock fleet: Oversee the entire fleet of vehicles and rolling stock, ensuring their optimal use and proper functioning.
Optimization of the fleet at the national level, management of vehicle transfers, maintenance of an up-to-date fleet status
Participation in IT equipment management: ordering PCs, phones, SIM cards, etc.
Supplier and service provider management: Select and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers (maintenance, spare parts, specific equipment) and negotiate contracts and terms of service.
Purchasing support: involvement in various departmental purchases, preparation of and participation in calls for tenders.
Budget monitoring: Develop and monitor the budget, analyze maintenance and operating costs, and propose financial optimization measures.
Regulatory monitoring and compliance with safety standards: Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Optimization and innovation: Evaluate opportunities for improvement and innovation (new equipment, maintenance solutions), and propose investments or adjustments to respond to technological and operational developments.
Reporting and monitoring performance indicators: Establish performance indicators, analyze results, and write regular reports for management.
Potentially, participation in other service missions.

Your assets

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in fleet management, industrial maintenance, logistics, or equivalent.

You are known for your organizational skills, analytical abilities, responsiveness, problem-solving skills, strategic planning, and ability to negotiate and communicate with various partners.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
