Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.
Reporting to the Q3SE department, your main tasks will be :
Support for risk prevention :
o Participate in the identification and assessment of occupational risks on logistics sites.
o Carry out site visits targeting major risks: internal traffic, mechanical handling, physical loads, etc.
o Support the implementation and monitoring of vital rules (teaching aids, displays, events).
o Conduct on-site HSE regulatory audits
Promoting a safety culture :
o Co-lead safety talks/behavioural safety visits... on site
o Create innovative awareness-raising tools (short videos, quizzes, posters, campaigns).
o Participate in the organization and follow-up of SST events (safety days, challenges, etc.).
o Assist teams in analyzing accident causes and monitoring action plans.
o Participate in setting up monthly webinars at headquarters for the entire network.
o Participate in network activities (Teams group/monthly QSE meeting, etc.).
o Contribute to regulatory and documentary watch.
SST Communication & Reporting :
o Update OHS dashboards (accidents, occupational injuries, etc.).
o Assist with monthly reporting (Power BI, Excel, PPT).
o Develop visual indicators that field teams can understand.
o Participate in the management of work-related accidents and occupational illnesses
o Produce news flashes
o Produce talk material
Training: 4/5 years' higher education in QHSE, engineering cycle type
Mastery of office automation tools, Pack Office ...
Qualities: Excellent communication, rigor and organization, reliability, discretion, confidentiality, responsiveness, management of priorities, proactivity.
