Understand and analyze the needs of customers/prospects by conducting site visits to support the sales team.
Research technical solutions compatible with customer objectives
Technical costing and sizing of resources and other means
Draft technical briefs and commercial offers
Ensure the technical and financial consistency of bids and services
Participate in tender reviews and liaise with operating teams during site deployment
Revise sales offers according to customer/prospect requests
Maintain business monitoring dashboards, including in-progress quotes and conversion rates

Your assets

You have a first successful experience in costing complex offers (public and private) within a BtoB services company (facility management, cleaning, multi-services).

Rigorous, curious and creative, you are able to propose innovative solutions to customers and prospects. You also have excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player.

You have a flair for figures and are recognized for your writing skills. You have a perfect command of office automation tools, particularly Excel.
