Job offer Design Manager F/H CDI Haute Garonne (31)

Based in Labège (31) and reporting to the Agency Manager, you will carry out studies of all kinds (public procurement, industry, service sector, etc.) in compliance with the company's regulations and certifications.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

- Understand and analyze customer/prospect needs by conducting site visits in support of the sales team

- Research technical solutions compatible with customer objectives, in compliance with company regulations and certifications.

- Draft technical briefs and commercial offers

- Ensure the technical and financial consistency of bids and services

- Participate in tender reviews and handovers to the installation department

- Revise sales offers according to customer/prospect requests

- Maintain business monitoring dashboards, including in-progress quotes and conversion rates

Your assets

With a higher education qualification (BTS, DUT in electronics, electrical engineering or equivalent), you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, gained in the electronic security sector. You are an expert in responding to public and private tenders.

Rigorous, curious and creative, you are able to propose innovative solutions to customers and prospects. You also have excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player.

You have a flair for figures and are recognized for your writing skills. You have a perfect command of office automation tools, particularly Excel.
