Your mission

About Us

Sinteo, a rapidly growing engineering and consulting firm specializing in sustainable real estate, is seeking future talent. We support real estate professionals in addressing their environmental challenges, guided by a strong conviction: to work toward a real estate sector that serves living beings.

Your Mission

As a Sustainable Real Estate Account Manager, you are first and foremost a business developer. Your goal is to attract new clients, grow existing key accounts, and raise awareness of Sinteo among various players in the real estate industry.

As part of our sales team and working closely with our technical teams, you will identify opportunities, build trusting relationships, and support our clients in their projects with significant environmental value.

There are two options available, depending on your profile and preferences:

  • A 100% sales position
  • A position that’s 50% account manager and 50% engineer, if you’d like to contribute directly to the projects you’ve helped secure

Your main responsibilities

  • Develop new accounts through active prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, networking, fieldwork, events),
  • Develop and manage an existing client portfolio (key account management): property owners, users, developers, asset managers, architects, urban planners, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry, etc.,
  • Identify real estate projects early on and spot market opportunities,
  • Pre-sales: Assess customer needs, develop sales proposals in collaboration with the engineering teams, and negotiate contracts,
  • Represent Sinteo at professional events and help expand our network and increase our visibility.

Your Profile

  • a proven track record in B2B business development, ideally in real estate, construction, engineering, or services,
  • excellent interpersonal skills, a strong interest in prospecting and negotiation,
  • a strong interest in technology and the sale of customized services
  • an entrepreneurial spirit, independence, and a strong results-oriented culture.
