As part of the development and structuring of business processes within the FM & Multitechnique division, the QSE Manager is hiring a QSE Work-Study Student.
The work-study student will work directly under the QSE Manager, playing a cross-functional role with the operational teams and contributing to operational performance and the standardization of practices.
Position available in late August or early September.
Based in Courbevoie
Your Responsibilities:
QHSE System Management
Help implement and promote the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policy across the entire FM scope.
Support operational teams in applying QHSE procedures and requirements.
Help update and create QHSE documentation (procedures, operating instructions, prevention plans, risk analyses, etc.).
Development of PDPs and other QHSE documents
Monitoring of National Contracts
Monitor the QHSE requirements of national contracts and ensure their proper implementation at the various sites.
Participate in the preparation of QHSE contract reviews.
Contribute to the implementation of QHSE action plans related to contractual commitments.
Respond to clients regarding QHSE matters
Audits and Compliance
Conduct internal QHSE audits at the sites.
Participate in customer audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
Follow up on deviations, nonconformities, and corrective/preventive action plans.
Verify the sites’ regulatory and documentation compliance.
Travel and On-Site Support
Make regular visits to the sites to conduct safety inspections and audits.
Raise awareness among and support operational teams on HSE best practices.
Participate in safety briefings and preventive measures.
Monitoring of Indicators and Reporting
Collect, consolidate, and analyze QHSE indicators.
Update HSE dashboards and monthly reports.
Participate in analyzing results and defining improvement plans.
Track statistics related to accidents, incidents, hazardous situations, and corrective actions.
Risk Management and Prevention
Participate in the assessment of occupational and environmental risks.
Help monitor prevention plans, work permits, and risk analyses.

Propose actions aimed at improving safety and environmental performance.
Regulatory Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
Monitor QHSE regulations and ensure that applicable changes are communicated.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and certification initiatives (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Help promote a safety culture among the teams.
Profile required
Bachelor’s through Master’s degree in QHSE, HSE, or risk management.
Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel (dashboards, metrics).
Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a preference for fieldwork.
A Class B driver’s license is preferred for travel to job sites.
