Manage :
- incoming and outgoing Article 7 files
- medical check-ups
- residence permits
Answer questions from operational staff and support them in applying HR policies and procedures
Manage disciplinary files and provide advice to operational staff
Help prepare meetings with employee representatives
Be a key user of the HRIS tools in your area
Feed and monitor HR indicators, and ensure regular reporting
Maintain a social watch and ensure compliance with legal obligations

Your assets

With a higher education in labor law or human resources, you have a first successful experience in similar functions.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you're a good listener and able to adapt to a variety of people.

In addition, you are recognized for your versatility, your ability to analyze and summarize, your autonomy and your responsiveness.
