Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students to help them obtain their diploma while training them in our professions. Our mission is to train you as an HR Project Manager F/H

Reporting to the Human Resources department of Onet Propreté et Facility Services, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

WORK-STUDY / SUBSIDIZED CONTRACTS :

- Manage relations with training organizations and schools.

- Construction of files and completion of cerfa forms

- Follow-up of files with the various support teams

SOCIAL RELATIONS :

- Preparation of invitations to the CSEC
- Preparation of CSEC meetings and commissions

- Participation in the logistical organization of meetings

HR DEVELOPMENT:

- Supporting HRMs in deploying the company's HR policy

Your assets

With an HR degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5), you have a first successful professional experience in a company on general HR missions (practical internship, work-study program, etc.).

You are recognized for your reliability, thoroughness, analytical skills and professional discretion.
