Job offer RECRUITMENT OFFICER F/H CDD Val d'Oise (95)

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be in charge of the entire recruitment process, from the definition of needs to the integration of new employees. You play an active role in attracting and selecting talent, ensuring the quality and consistency of the recruitment process.

Main tasks :

Gather and analyze recruitment needs with the Recruitment Manager and managers.
Write and publish job offers on appropriate media.
Screen applications on the basis of CVs and carry out telephone pre-qualification.
Organize and conduct individual and/or group interviews.
Help managers select candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools and universities to help attract junior talent and interns.
Help integrate new employees.
Contribute to the development of the employer brand and the monitoring of recruitment indicators.

Your assets

Profile required:

Training: 5 years' higher education in recruitment, human resources or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position, ideally in a dynamic or multi-site environment.

Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Good knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS.
Oral and written professional English.

Good interpersonal skills.
Rigor, organization and responsiveness.
Team spirit and sense of service.

Job requirements:

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract - Full-time (35h/week)
Location: Roissy-en-France - Face-to-face
Availability: Immediate
Remuneration: 32k per annum
