Job offer: Site Manager (M/F) Permanent contract Saint-Paul-lès-Durance

Within the Waste and Decommissioning Department, and reporting to the operations managers, you will play a central role in the comprehensive management of waste related to our activities at the CEA facilities in Cadarache.

We're looking for a Site Manager to supervise our sites in the nuclear sector. You will be responsible for managing teams and work, ensuring compliance with safety standards and the smooth running of sites.

Your missions will be as follows:

Team management: supervising on-site teams, ensuring safety and maintaining a good social climate.

Site management: plan work, monitor technical feasibility, coordinate subcontractors and propose technical solutions.

Reporting & Customer relations: Monitor work on a daily basis and maintain constant communication with the customer.

You will also draw up a daily report on your activity and contribute to customer relations.

Your assets

You have proven experience in site management and supervising construction teams in an industrial and/or nuclear environment.

You have a good knowledge of nuclear site requirements.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to work as part of a team and your sense of responsibility and results. Your ability to make decisions will enable you to succeed in this position.
