Job offer: Site Manager M/F Permanent contract Drôme (26)

Within ONET Technologies' Waste and Decommissioning Division, and reporting to the operations managers, you will play a central role in the comprehensive management of waste generated by our activities at the ORANO Tricastin site.

We are looking for a Site Manager to supervise our sites in the nuclear sector. You will be responsible for managing teams and works, ensuring compliance with safety and security requirements and the successful completion of projects.

Your tasks :

Supervise on-site teams

Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and radiation protection rules

Maintain a positive social climate and team spirit

Plan and organize the work

Monitor technical feasibility and progress of operations

Coordinate any subcontractors

Propose and implement appropriate technical solutions

Ensure daily monitoring of the work

Establish daily reporting of your activity

Maintain regular and professional communication with the ORANO customer

Your assets

You have experience in site management and supervising construction teams in an industrial and/or nuclear environment.

You have a good understanding of the specific requirements of nuclear construction sites.

You are known for your interpersonal skills, your ability to work in a team, your sense of responsibility, and your results-oriented approach.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
