Job Opening: Shift Supervisor (Supervisory Position) at a Classified Site (M/F), Permanent Contract, Haute-Garonne (31)

In order to ensure the safety of people and property at one of our clients' sites in Balma (classified as sensitive), our Onet Security agency Onet Security Labège is recruitinga shift supervisor.

After on-site training as part of your induction, your duties as a shift manager will be as follows:

Access management
Security PC operation
Crisis PC management
Reporting to the safety coordinator
Preparing reports
Supervision of a team of 8 agents

Opening hours Monday to Sunday, including public holidays

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Advantage:

Year-end bonus of €250 + CSE gift card
Overtime pay (25% premium) for an additional shift scheduled within 7 days
Paid overtime with a premium at the end of the shift
Overtime at a higher rate, paid monthly if more than 162 hours are worked

Your assets

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a professional license, an SSIAP 2 certificate, and a valid SST certification. A valid driver’s license is required (a manual transmission Class B license is mandatory).
