Job offer Continuous improvement project manager F/H CDI Spain

The Onet International Division covers the Group's activities in Spain, Brazil and Luxembourg. Reporting to the Director of Operational Performance and working closely with the operational departments of the various business lines in the subsidiaries, you will support the development of projects and the culture of operational excellence.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Support for work on the operational excellence model: inventory, process analysis and modeling
Studies and targeted audits of operational management methods, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Development and implementation of new methods for optimizing value chains, on-site organizations, flows and resource management
Technical support for subsidiaries in Spain, Brazil and Luxembourg in the design of optimization projects
Direct project management and implementation for the three subsidiaries: cobotics projects, purchasing, equipment management, etc.
Monitoring the progress of subsidiaries' projects: KPIs, evaluation of action plans and their impact/ROI, adjustment of systems...
Training and raising awareness of new methods and a culture of continuous improvement among management and employees.
Coordination of the "improvement and innovation" community, exchanges and sharing of best practices between subsidiaries
Keep abreast of new technologies and practices related to continuous improvement

Your assets

With a BAC+5 degree in industrial engineering or production management, you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in B2B services.

You have a sound knowledge of project management and innovative continuous improvement technologies (digital twins, work process modeling software, etc.), and are sensitive to digital issues. You are also familiar with the techniques used in the field (BPM, 80/20, etc.).

You are recognized for your rigor, your ability to analyze and summarize, your proactivity and your high level of autonomy. In addition, your excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and teaching abilities enable you to evolve with ease in a challenging, multicultural environment.

You have an international profile and a good level of Spanish, English and French or Portuguese.
