👉 Your mission

As Project Manager, you will play a strategic role between the business and technical teams. Your mission will be to :

- Gather and analyze requirements from various business teams (IT, logistics, operations, production, etc.).
- Write functional specifications and formalize project specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and monitor projects from start to finish: from the design phase through to production launch.
- Lead workshops with users to define objectives, prioritize functionalities and identify risks.
- Work with IT teams to ensure a match between business needs and proposed technical solutions.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and performance indicators.
- Test and validate deployed solutions, ensuring that they meet expressed needs.
- Train and support users during deployment of new solutions.

Your assets

👉 Your profile:

- You have a 4/5-year degree in IT, project management or equivalent.

- You have 3 to 5 years' proven experience in project management, ideally in a logistics or industrial environment.

- You have a good understanding of business processes and IT solutions, and an excellent ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

- Your rigor, organization and ability to manage several projects in parallel are recognized.

- You have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and know how to use pedagogy to support change.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Abraxio, ticketing tool, MS Project, bubble plan...) and agile methods is a plus.
