Reporting to the Project Manager of the Digital Transformation & Cybersecurity Unit at Onet Technologies, the Industrial Cybersecurity Project Manager leads strategic initiatives aimed at securing industrial (OT) environments and fostering a culture of cybersecurity across the business units.
He or she serves as the primary cross-functional liaison between the business teams, the Onet Group’s DSIN and SSI representatives, and the operational teams, playing a key role in coordination, structuring, and support.
In this role, your responsibilities are as follows:
• Lead industrial cybersecurity projects (tool deployment, compliance, securing OT architectures);
• Structure projects: scope definition, scheduling (high-level and detailed);
• Monitor budgets, costs, and resources;
• Define and track performance metrics (KPIs, dashboards);
• Prepare for and lead governance meetings (steering committees, operational committees, project committees);
• Ensure the production of deliverables (reports, meeting minutes, documentation);
• Organize and ensure a secure transition to production (RUN) with the relevant teams.
• Serve as the liaison between Onet Technologies and Group functions (DSI, SSI, DAMO);
• Ensure consistency in cybersecurity initiatives at the entity level;
• Participate in defining and refining methodological frameworks (processes, standards, tools).
• Travel to client sites to implement projects and support local teams;
• Conduct cybersecurity audits (regulatory and contractual compliance, best practices);
• Develop and implement awareness campaigns;
• Promote an educational, pragmatic, and supportive approach.
You hold a master’s degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school, business school, or CESI in cybersecurity or project management. Ideally, you have hands-on or technical experience in the nuclear industry or a similar complex industrial environment.
Knowledge of industrial environments (OT, SCADA, industrial systems) and nuclear environments;
Basic understanding of cybersecurity (risk management, network security, EDR, etc.);
Proficiency in project management methods;
Understanding of IT/OT challenges and their convergence.
