Offer description

Your mission

As part of the development of our international nuclear activities, we are strengthening our project teams and recruiting a Project Manager to lead complex projects in the fields of decommissioning, waste management, and the construction of nuclear facilities for export.

You will be involved in high-value-added strategic projects, liaising with international partners, institutional clients, and security authorities.

 Your responsibilities

 

Reporting to the Export Business Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of nuclear projects from the preliminary design phase through to commissioning for engineering, construction, or EPC projects.

 Management of the entire project cycle: preliminary design, engineering studies, purchasing, construction, works, testing, and start-up
Contract management for the project (customer contracts, subcontractors, suppliers)
Ensuring commitments are met in terms of costs, deadlines, quality, and safety
Functional management of multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams
Coordination of technical interfaces (engineering, supply chain, construction site)
Supervision of HSE activities and compliance with nuclear safety requirements
Management of project risks and opportunities
Liaison with the client, partners, local authorities, and safety organizations
Project reporting to management (progress, KPIs, risks)

Your assets

You have a higher education degree, engineering degree, or equivalent.
Proven experience (minimum 8–10 years) in managing complex EPC projects, engineering, or construction, ideally in the nuclear, energy, or heavy industrial infrastructure
Solid understanding of regulated nuclear environments and safety requirements
Experience with international projects and multicultural contexts
Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English is essential; another language is an asset (Japanese, Dutch, Italian)
International mobility required (frequent travel and long assignments)
Position based in France, Pierrelatte, Lyon, Marseille
